Job summary

SIG Susquehanna is seeking an experienced Stock Loan / Equity Finance Operations Analyst to manage daily operational support for the securities lending business. You will handle transaction processing, settlement, collateral management, and reconciliations while resolving complex issues and reducing risk.

The role requires collaboration with traders, counterparties, custodians, and technology teams to ensure accurate processing and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of stock loan/equity finance or securities lending operations experience.
• Knowledge of securities lending lifecycle including settlement, collateral management, corporate actions, and billing.
• Ability to independently manage daily responsibilities and drive process improvements.
• Familiarity with DTCC settlement processes and clearing arrangements.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL and VBA.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily processing of stock loan and borrow transactions and contract maintenance.
• Monitor settlement and resolve failed trades; escalate delivery issues.
• Reconcile positions, cash, collateral, and activity across systems and counterparties.
• Perform daily P&L reconciliation and reporting in line with standards.
• Review marks to market, margins, collateral movements, and substitutions.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks and processing errors.
• Coordinate corporate actions, recalls, and dividend payments related to loans.
• Support OCC Market Loan activity including settlement and collateral processing.
• Serve as primary operations contact for trading desk and counterparties; provide timely updates.
