Job summary

böhme is seeking an outgoing, professional Stock Lead to support the Store Manager in customer service, merchandise presentation, loss prevention, and daily operations. You will coordinate transfers between the Corporate Warehouse and the store, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all tasks.

Responsibilities include moving stock from receiving to shipping, merchandising, inventory counting, and housekeeping.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with POS and store computer applications; good time management.

Responsibilities

• Move product and supplies from receiving or storage areas to shipping or other designated areas.
• Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or bins by size, type, color, or product code.
• Ensure accuracy of transfer documents to/from store and warehouse.
• Assist in merchandising and floor stocking as needed.
• Steam, hang, or fold merchandise before display.
• Keep stock room accessible and safe for employees.
• Tag materials with identifying information as needed.
• Assist in counting physical inventory.
• May perform facilities maintenance duties as required.
• Sweep, dust, mop, and perform backroom and floor housekeeping.
• Maintain organized, clean stock areas; communicate needs to management.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
