Job summary

Cole Haan in New York, NY is seeking a part-time Sales Lead to support in-store activities and help achieve sales and profitability targets through effective back-of-house organization and merchandise flow onto the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Support in-store activities to achieve sales and profitability targets
• Organize back-of-house operations: shipping/receiving, inventory control, stockroom housekeeping
• Assist management to drive store profitability and ensure timely merchandise flow to the sales floor
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and communicate stock/merchandising needs to management
• Ensure compliance with loss prevention, health and safety policies and store procedures
