Job summary

Cole Haan is seeking a part-time Store Lead in Boston to drive sales, lead a quality team, and uphold merchandising standards. You will manage operations, coach staff, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining store conditions in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires flexible availability, 16+ years old, and ability to coordinate multi-tasking duties including receiving shipments and loss prevention. Retail experience preferred and English communication essential.

Qualifications

Part-Time position with flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Candidates must be at least 16 years old.
Experience in retail sales and customer service preferred.
Ability to operate POS and basic computer skills.
Strong team leadership and coaching abilities.
Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

Drive sales and KPI goals.
Manage store operations including receiving shipments and maintaining cleanliness.
Lead and develop the store team to deliver exceptional service.
Ensure loss prevention and health & safety compliance.
