Job summary

Marc Jacobs International seeks a Stock Associate for the Citadel Outlet in Commerce, California. You will maintain back-of-house operations and support the sales and management team under the Store Manager.

The role involves shipping/receiving, inventory cycles, and stockroom organization. Ideal candidates have 1+ years of retail experience in back-of-house tasks, strong communication, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ retail experience with a focus on back-of-house responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to Marc Jacobs visual and cleanliness standards.
• Support store team to exceed customer expectations.
• Responsible for shipping and receiving of product deliveries on a weekly basis.
• Communicate shipment discrepancies to Store Manager to avoid inventory errors.
• Process internal product transfers and client orders to meet client expectations.
• Prepare and execute cycle counts of product categories.
• Prepare stockroom and sales floor for annual inventory.
• Resolve product inventory discrepancies, corrections, and adjustments.
