Job summary

Marc Jacobs International seeks a Stock Associate for its Citadel Outlet in Commerce, California. You will maintain back-of-house operations and support the sales and management team, reporting to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities include shipping/receiving, cycle counts, inventory readiness, and ensuring stockroom and sales floor adhere to visual standards while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ retail experience focusing on back-of-house responsibilities.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company’s visual and cleanliness standards.
• Support store team to exceed customer expectations.
• Responsible for shipping & receiving of product deliveries on a weekly basis.
• Communicate shipment discrepancies to Store Manager in a timely manner to avoid errors in inventory levels.
• Process internal product transfers and client orders in a timely manner to meet client expectations.
• Prepare and execute cycle counts of product categories.
• Prepare stockroom & sales floor for annual inventory.
• Resolve product inventory discrepancies, corrections, and adjustments.
