Marc Jacobs is seeking a Stock Associate for its Citadel Outlet in Commerce, California. You will maintain the back-of-house operations and support the sales and management team, reporting to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities include maintaining stockroom and sales floor standards, handling shipping/receiving, processing transfers and client orders, and assisting with cycle counts and inventory. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• 1+ years' retail experience with a focus on back-of-house responsibilities.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
• Support store team to exceed customer expectations.
• Handle shipping & receiving of product weekly.
• Communicate shipment discrepancies to Store Manager to avoid inventory errors.
• Process internal product transfers and client orders to meet expectations.
• Prepare and execute cycle counts of product categories.
• Prepare stockroom & sales floor for annual inventory.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies, corrections, and adjustments.
