Marc Jacobs International seeks a Stock Associate for the Citadel Outlet in Commerce, California. You will maintain back-of-house operations and support the sales and management team under the Store Manager.

The role involves shipping/receiving, inventory cycles, and stockroom organization. Ideal candidates have 1+ years of retail experience in back-of-house tasks, strong communication, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Process internal product transfers and client orders to meet client expectations.
• Prepare and execute cycle counts of product categories.
• Prepare stockroom and sales floor for annual inventory.
• Resolve product inventory discrepancies, corrections, and adjustments.

Overview

Marc Jacobs International, powered by the creative genius of Marc Jacobs, seeks a Stock Associate to join its Citadel Outlet in Commerce, California. As Stock Associate, you will contribute to the store by maintaining the back-of-house operations and supporting the sales and management team. This position will report to the Store Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Ensure the stockroom and sales floor are maintained to company’s visual and cleanliness standards
• Support store team to exceed customer expectations
• Responsible for shipping & receiving of product deliveries on a weekly basis
• Communicate shipment discrepancies to Store Manager in a timely manner to avoid errors in inventory levels
• Process internal product transfers and client orders in a timely manner to meet client expectations
• Prepare and execute cycle counts of product categories
• Prepare stockroom & sales floor for annual inventory
• Resolve product inventory discrepancies, corrections, and adjustments

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1+ years’ retail experience with a focus on back-of-house responsibilities

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds
• Bending/stooping/kneeling required
• Climbing ladders
• Routine standing for duration of shift
