Von Maur is seeking a Stock & Housekeeping Department Manager to lead a team ensuring store support needs are met and stock is efficiently distributed. You will foster a welcoming, clean environment and strive to meet operational goals.

Responsibilities include coaching associates, performing duties as needed, assessing performance, maintaining equipment readiness, and managing task lists with flex shifts across days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a stock and housekeeping team.
• Ability to train and coach associates.
• Ability to assess performance.
• Willing to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Motivate associates to perform duties efficiently – train, coach and lead by example.
• Execute all duties of a stock & housekeeping associate and ensure department duties are completed accurately and timely.
• Assess associate performance and provide feedback to improve service and store appearance.
• Ensure all equipment works properly and supplies are available to complete daily tasks.
• Manage task lists and prioritize requests.
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
