Von Maur is seeking a Stock & Housekeeping Department Manager to lead a team responsible for maintaining a clean, organized store environment and ensuring efficient stock distribution throughout the day.

You will motivate associates, oversee daily department duties, and prioritize tasks while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced retail setting at Goerke's Corners, Wisconsin.

Responsabilidades

• Motivate associates to perform duties efficiently – train, coach and lead by example
• Execute all duties of a stock & housekeeping associate and ensure department duties are completed accurately and timely
• Assess associate performance and provide feedback to improve the quality of service and store appearance
• Ensure all equipment works properly and supplies are available to complete daily tasks
• Manage task lists and prioritize requests
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
