Job summary

Von Maur is seeking a Stock & Housekeeping Department Manager to lead a team and ensure stock distribution and a clean, welcoming environment throughout the day.

You will train and coach associates, assess performance, ensure equipment and supplies are available, and manage task lists, with shifts including day, evening, and weekend.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail stock/housekeeping team.
• Strong coaching and communication skills.
• Ability to manage equipment and supplies.
• Flexibility to work day, evening and weekend shifts.

Job description

As a Stock & Housekeeping Department Manager, you lead a team to ensure the support needs of the store are met throughout the day and new stock is distributed efficiently. You’ll have the opportunity to create a welcoming, clean environment and achieve the operational goals for the store.
