Job summary

Von Maur is seeking a Stock & Housekeeping Department Manager to lead a team and ensure the store is well stocked and maintained, distributing stock efficiently while creating a welcoming, clean environment to meet daily goals.

You will motivate associates, train and coach, supervise duties, ensure equipment works properly, manage tasks, and be available for day, evening, and weekend shifts to support the store.

Responsibilities

• Motivate associates to perform duties efficiently – train, coach and lead by example
• Execute all duties of a stock & housekeeping associate and ensure department duties are completed accurately and timely
• Assess associate performance and provide feedback to improve the quality of service and store appearance
• Ensure all equipment works properly and supplies are available to complete daily tasks
• Manage task lists and prioritize requests
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
