Job summary

Target is hiring an Inbound Expert to support GM categories and provide a friendly guest experience on the sales floor. You will greet guests, help them find items, and ensure accurate pricing, stocking, and merchandise presentation.

Role requires teamwork, strong guest service, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided to develop product knowledge and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age or older.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.
• Capability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• Stock, organize and store reserve product and straighten merchandise on sales floor.
• Maintain product availability on the sales floor for GM categories.
• Operate equipment and assist with checkout when needed.
