Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Store Associate to stock and front merchandise, greet customers, and assist shoppers on the sales floor. You will check in, price, and display stock, and ensure sale materials are properly posted and maintained on a daily basis.

The role requires strong numerical and organizational skills, prior stocking experience, and the ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle. Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are encouraged to apply, reflecting the diverse customer base.

Qualifications

• Experience stocking shelves and handling inventory.

Responsibilities

• Keep front floor stocked, fronted, and clean; stock merchandise according to planograms or displays; greet customers on the sales floor.
• Greet customers and assist them in locating merchandise or direct them to a parts specialist if needed.
• Check in, price, and put up stock.
• Maintain display cleanliness and visibility on the sales floor.
• Update display changes according to company guidelines and planograms.
• Apply sale pricing and ensure sale signs are current and accurate.
• Coordinate quarterly vehicle inspections with delivery specialists.
• Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and returns.
• Communicate between ISS, delivery staff, and store manager.
