Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Merchandiser to join our store team in California. You will maximize product inventory, build displays, and support online and curbside orders while delivering exceptional customer service.

Internally, this role is referred to as Merchandiser and reports to store management. You may handle freight, stock shelves, assist with training, and participate in promotions and loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail experience.
• Familiarity with POS and inventory software.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products, build displays and end caps, and maintain signage.
• Process freight, organize and distribute inventory, and support curbside pickup/delivery operations.
• Assist customers with product knowledge and provide a high level of service.
• Follow safety and regulatory guidelines for alcohol sales.
