Parts Town in Addison, IL is seeking a Stock Coordination Specialist to manage stock transfer orders, track statuses, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet fulfillment deadlines. We value organization, clear communication, and reliability.

The Job at a Glance

As a Stock Coordination Specialist , you will work within our fast-paced distribution environment . Y ou will place, track, and coordinate Stock Transfer Orders (STO s ) while working with teams outside of the Fulfillment C enter on the timing. You will run canned queries to get data points for tracking different types of activities within our team. You could also work on some long-term data clean-up projects.

A Typical Day

• You will assess requirements for STOs and create the STOs per need . This might involve coordinating with teams outside of the DC group to ensure timing for orders.
• You will t rack and s tatus ongoing STOs for completion and report to stakeholders as necessary.
• Y ou will run canned queries to pull data points on long-term data clean up projects, assisting with organizing the resulting data in an approachable way.
• You could be asked to assist the F C in any way that they need assistance.

• You are incredibly organized! Keeping track of things and organizing around schedules and timing is something you enjoy doing.
• You possess the ability to move around for long periods of time and consistently lift up to 5 0lbs unassisted
• You understand the Microsoft Office suite and would rate yourself at an Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Excel.
• You are a reliable team- player and want to dedicate your career within Parts Town Fulfillment C enter and associated teams.
• You have no problems asking for assistance or speaking up when something doesn’t seem correct.
• You are an excellent communicator & you’re proficient in English (verbal and written)
• You are looking to work Monday through Friday 8 : 0 0 a m - 5 : 0 0p m and are able to work Saturdays as needed

About Your Future Team

The salary range for this role is $44,026.10-$59,414.86 ($21.16/hr-$28.56/hr) which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid sick time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.
