Job summary

Kettle Cuisine in Lynn, MA is seeking a Stock Cook to ensure smooth operation of the production line. You will follow recipes, operate equipment safely, and maintain GMP standards to deliver high-quality products.

This full-time role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, adaptability for weekend work, and teamwork in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment. Training for hoist and power jack will be provided.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum experience operating machinery.
• Experience in food manufacturing preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Hoist training or license is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate production line machinery safely and efficiently.
• Prepare batches according to the recipe and GMPs.
• Maintain a clean and organized production area.
• Monitor quality and conform finished product to specifications.
• Report downtime or equipment issues to maintenance promptly.
• Assist with inventory control of raw materials.
