Summary

The Stock Administrator supports store operations at the New York Saks location by managing inventory flows, processing deliveries and omnichannel orders, and assisting the sales team with back‑end tasks. This full‑time hourly role focuses on maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring timely replenishment to the sales floor. The position requires strong attention to detail and use of retail inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organization of sellable and non‑sellable product and support fast replenishment to the shop floor.
• Process deliveries, transfers and omnichannel ship‑from‑store orders within required timeframes.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and annual stock‑takes; perform audits of stock movements and reconcile discrepancies.
• Report and track stock loss, theft cases and unusual stock adjustments for approval.
• Manage after‑sales product handling including returns, repairs and client complaints support.
• Support Store Managers with non‑core orders (stationery, packaging, uniforms) and loss prevention activities.

Requirements

• Experience with retail inventory systems (SAP, Smart XP, PRISM, After Sales App) or similar platforms.
• Proven ability to conduct accurate cycle counts, audits and inventory reconciliations.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and quality control in product handling.
• Collaborative approach to support front‑of‑house teams and store management.
• Availability to work full‑time hours in the New York store; reliable and client‑service oriented.
