Job summary

Brobston Group LLC seeks a Stock Associate in Houston to support back-of-house operations, maintain stockroom organization, and prepare merchandise for the salesfloor. You will assist the sales team as needed.

You will handle shipping/receiving, inventory counts, internal transfers, weekly cycle counts, and work with Operations to resolve discrepancies while upholding visual and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience; luxury or contemporary preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with shipping programs, inventory management and inventory audits.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organization and cleanliness of stockroom and salesfloor.
• Receive and process product deliveries, shipping and receiving.
• Communicate shipment discrepancies to Store Director and Operations partners.
• Process internal product transfers and client orders promptly.
• Prepare and execute weekly cycle counts and prepare for annual inventory.
• Liaise with Operations to resolve inventory discrepancies, corrections, and adjustments.
• Ensure the stockroom and salesfloor meet visual standards.
• Support the sales team on the salesfloor for coverage and client assistance.
• Manage supply orders from internal and external vendors.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Summary

The Stock Associate supports back-of-house operations for the boutique, maintaining stockroom organization and preparing merchandise for the salesfloor. This role manages shipping and receiving, inventory counts and internal transfers while supporting the sales team as needed. The Stock Associate works with the Store Director and Operations partners to resolve inventory discrepancies and ensure visual and operational standards are met.

Responsibilities
