Role Description

The Specialized Operations Associate is a part-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL. This role is responsible for supporting daily store operations, including processing merchandise, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring efficient stockroom and sales floor organization. The associate helps prepare product for the sales floor, coordinates transfers and returns, and adheres to operational procedures and compliance standards. The role collaborates with sales and customer service teams to support seamless client experiences and timely order fulfillment. The associate may also assist with visual merchandising setups, reporting operational issues, and participating in special projects or events as needed.
