Qualifications

• Ability to assist residents with mobility needs and light vehicle upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate transportation for residents to medical appointments, social events, and outings.
• Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and facility policies.
• Assist residents in and out of vehicles, ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety.
• Perform basic vehicle checks and coordinate routine maintenance to keep vehicles safe.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, schedules, mileage, and vehicle maintenance.
• Communicate professionally with residents, families, and staff to confirm transportation needs.
• Follow all healthcare, infection control, and transportation policies.
