Job summary

You will coordinate schedules, operate vehicles, and assist residents with mobility while maintaining courteous, professional service.

Ideal candidates have a valid driver's license with a clean record and STNA certification, with prior healthcare transportation experience preferred.

Qualifications

• STNA certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience as a driver, transportation aide, or similar role in healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation for residents to medical appointments, social events, and outings.
• Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and facility policies.
• Assist residents in and out of vehicles, ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety.
• Perform basic vehicle checks and coordinate routine maintenance to keep vehicles in safe working order.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, schedules, mileage, and vehicle maintenance.
• Communicate professionally with residents, families, and staff to confirm and update transportation needs.
• Follow all healthcare, infection control, and transportation regulations and policies.
