Job summary

Hudson Elms Nursing & Rehab is seeking State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) to join our patient‑centered care team. We offer 12‑hour shifts, day and night options, flexible scheduling, and competitive base pay with bonuses.

Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions are available, with shift differentials, health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, ongoing training, and incentives to recognize perfect attendance.

Qualifications

• STNA license in Ohio required.
• Patient-centered caregiver with compassion and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care to residents in a rehabilitation and long-term care setting.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Support nursing staff and maintain charting as required.
