Job summary

Continental Manor in Blanchester, OH seeks a compassionate STNA to provide hands-on resident care under RN/LPN supervision. This role emphasizes dignity, safety, and daily living activities.

You will work in a newly renovated facility dedicated to top-quality care. You will record vital signs, assist with bathing, dressing, feeding and mobility, support residents and families emotionally, maintain clean environments, and document care progress in line with facility procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active STNA certification in Ohio is required.
• Candidates should demonstrate compassionate, resident‑centered care.

Responsibilities

Your Role:

As an STNA at Continental Manor, you’ll provide hands-on care to our residents under the supervision of an RN or LPN. Your responsibilities will include:

• Recording vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration rate)
• Assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
