Job summary

The Reserve at Pierce Pointe in Ohio is seeking compassionate STNAs to join our team on a PRN basis for day and night shifts. You will provide direct resident care and support daily living activities under nursing supervision.

We offer double-time pay on holidays, daily pay, tuition reimbursement up to $5,250/year, a 401(k) employer match, flexible scheduling, PTO, and supplemental insurance options. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Holds & maintains a STNA Certificate from the state of Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Assists in total patient care within the nursing unit.
• Provides direct STNA care to patients.
• Provides basic care under supervision of nursing staff.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Assist residents with meals and mobility, transfers, positioning.
• Change linens and help maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Hourly Base Rates based on STNA Certificate. On top of those great base rates we offer additional shift differentials for evening.

Looking for Full Time Day & Night Positions. Come join our team as a STNA at our state of the art, skilled nursing facility. This position provides direct care to the patients in the facility and provides direct oversight to the nurse aides. Ensures and promotes excellent care delivery on the nursing care units. The position ensures the needs of the residents, resident families and nursing aides are met during the care delivery process.
