QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

As an STNA, you will:

• Participate in resident reports at shift start/end.
• Provide personal and nursing care as per the care plan.
• Facilitate and conduct activities.
• Respond to resident requests respectfully.
• Maintain a clean and pleasant environment.
• Assist in preparing residents for activities.
• Perform basic nursing procedures.
• Create a safe, comfortable environment.
• Meet resident food service needs promptly.
• Document activities of daily living and other records.
• Follow policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Attend training and educational programs.
• Perform other activities as needed.
