The State Tested Nursing Assistant provides routine nursing and personal care to residents, ensuring high-quality care at all times. This role involves working effectively with team members, managing resources, and delivering respectful, dignified care.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Participate in resident reports at start/end of shift
• Provide personal/nursing care per resident care plan
• Facilitate and conduct activities
• Respond to resident requests respectfully
• Maintain a clean, safe environment
• Assist in preparing residents for activities
• Perform basic nursing procedures
• Ensure timely and compassionate food service
• Maintain documentation records
• Adhere to policies, standards, and safety procedures
• Attend training and educational programs
• Perform other related activities as needed

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program or eligible to enter and complete such a program within 120 days of employment
