Qualifications & Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program
• Experience involving independent decision making is a plus
• Prior healthcare experience is desirable

Job Duties & Responsibilities

As an STNA, you will:

• Participate in resident reports at shift start/end
• Provide personal and nursing care per care plan
• Facilitate and conduct activities
• Respond to resident requests respectfully and with dignity
• Maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant environment
• Assist with resident activities and preparations
• Perform basic nursing procedures as required
• Document resident activities and care
• Follow policies, standards, and participate in training
• Perform other activities as assigned
