Job summary

Meadowbrook Care Center in Cincinnati is seeking a dedicated STNA to join our Nightshift team. As an STNA, you will provide direct patient care under licensed nurses, assist with ADLs, basic care, and medications, and help maintain a safe, clean environment for residents.

You will collaborate with the health care team to develop care plans, document resident care, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with best practices.

Qualifications

• STNA certification is required in Ohio.
• No prior experience required; entry-level welcome.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to lift and move residents safely.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of licensed nurses, including ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Provide basic care and hygiene, including vital signs and wound care.
• Assist with medication administration and treatments as directed.
• Maintain a clean and safe resident environment.
• Collaborate with health care team to implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate, confidential resident care records.
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and continuing education.
