Job summary

Meadowbrook Care Center in Cincinnati is seeking a dedicated STNA to join our Nightshift team. As an STNA, you will provide direct patient care under licensed nurses, assist with ADLs, basic care, and medications, and help maintain a safe, clean environment for residents.

You will collaborate with the health care team to develop care plans, document resident care, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with best practices.

Qualifications

• STNA certification is required in Ohio.
• No prior experience required; entry-level welcome.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to lift and move residents safely.

Job Summary:

Meadowbrook Care Center, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate CNA to join our Nightshift team. As an STNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, promoting their overall well-being, and supporting the health care team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, including but not limited to:

  • Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Providing basic care and hygiene, including vital signs and wound care

  • Assisting with medication administration and treatments

  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents

• Collaborate with the health care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of resident care and services

• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuing education programs to stay current with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

• Must be a State-Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certified in the state of Ohio

• 0 years of experience in the healthcare industry (new graduates welcome to apply!)

• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents with care and precision
