Job summary

Meadowbrook Care Center in Cincinnati, Ohio seeks a dedicated STNA to join our Dayshift team. The role provides essential resident care and supports the health care team to promote well-being.

You will work under licensed nurses, assist with ADLs, vital signs, wound care, and medication administration, while maintaining accurate records and a safe environment. New grads welcome; shifts include days, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be a State-Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certified in Ohio.
• 0 years of experience; new graduates welcome.
• Ability to work days, evenings, and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents with care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of licensed nurses.
• Assist with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide basic care including vital signs and wound care.
• Assist with medication administration and treatments.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Collaborate on care plans and maintain confidential records.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuing education.
