Atrium Centers Mulder Health Care in Wisconsin is seeking CNAs to provide resident care per individualized care plans, assist with daily living tasks, and ensure resident safety. The position includes shifts across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, with a $4,000 sign-on bonus for full-time NOC and pay of $21–$22/hour for a 87-bed facility.

• Provide resident care according to individualized Care Plans
• Assist with activities of daily living, personal care, and resident safety
• Observe residents and report changes promptly
• Practice infection control and safety procedures
• Accurately complete documentation and record-keeping, including vital signs
• Report any violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately
