Adams Lane Healthcare & Rehabilitation is hiring a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our care team in Zanesville, OH. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor health, and help maintain a safe, compassionate environment.

Starting pay ranges from $19 to $20 per hour, with additional shift differentials for evenings and nights. The schedule typically comprises three 12-hour shifts per week (7pm–7am) and every-other-weekend rotations, with full-time benefits after

Qualifications

• Must be a State Tested Nursing Assistant with valid Ohio certification.
• Experience in senior care or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong communication skills to interact with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor residents for side effects.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by following aseptic techniques.
• Support residents' emotional and behavioral health needs through compassionate interaction.
• Document patient care activities accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Assist with mobility and lifting of residents as needed to ensure their safety.

Summary

As a State Tested Nursing Assistant at Adams Lane Healthcare & Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate care to our residents. This is a great opportunity for both new and experienced State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA). In this position you will join a dedicated team who is focused on providing quality care in a family focused environment.

This position has a starting pay rate of $19 - $20 an hour based on years of certification PLUS an additional 0.75 cents from 7pm-11pm, and additional 0.50 cents from 11pm-7am

The typical schedule for this opportunity is Three(3) 12-hour shifts a week7pm - 7am. The standard schedule for this position includes an every other weekend rotation. Specific schedules available will be discussed during interview.
