Dublin Post Acute is hiring State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to deliver compassionate resident care on the night shift in Dublin, OH. Hours are 7:00pm–7:00am with rotating weekends, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff.
As part of our care team, you’ll assist with daily living activities, monitor residents, and document care while upholding safety and infection control standards. CPR is preferred, Ohio STNA certification is required.

Position Summary The STNA provides direct resident care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. This role assists residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity, independence, comfort, and quality of life.
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents safely. Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a healthcare setting.
