Job summary

Dublin Post Acute in Dublin, OH is seeking compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our care team on a full-time day shift from 7:00am to 7:00pm, with rotating weekend coverage.

The STNA provides direct resident care under supervision, assists with activities of daily living, monitors residents, takes vital signs, and collaborates with nurses and therapists to promote dignity and quality of life. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio STNA certification required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or healthcare is a plus.
• Ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding).
• Support mobility, transfers, ambulation, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff.
• Take and record vital signs, weights, and intake/output as directed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Answer resident call lights promptly and courteously.
• Assist with meal service and resident hydration.
• Provide compassionate emotional support and companionship.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
