Job summary

Maple Grove Nursing & Rehabilitation in Cincinnati, OH is seeking compassionate and dependable State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) for the full-time Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM). You will support residents under RN/LPN supervision, following individualized care plans and promoting dignity and high-quality care in a collaborative setting.

Responsibilities include hands-on resident care, monitoring intake/output, assisting with meals, and documenting care in the resident record.

Qualifications

• Current, valid Ohio STNA certification is required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable and detail-oriented with a commitment to quality resident care.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Follow individualized plans of care under the Charge Nurse.
• Provide hands-on resident care: bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility assistance.
• Assist residents with meals, hydration, and feeding.
• Document care, interventions and events in the resident record.
• Monitor intake/output and report changes promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment and assist with transport as needed.
• Follow infection control policies and collaborate with nursing staff.
