Job summary

Atrium Centers is seeking a dedicated STNA to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a 75-bed facility. You will work full-time day shifts, delivering daily activities, safety, and care plan guidance with focus on infection control and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Current CNA/STNA license is required.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Service oriented mindset with reliability and learning eagerness.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to approved care plans.
• Assist with daily activities, personal care, and ensuring resident safety.
• Follow infection control procedures.
• Comply with documentation and record-keeping policies, including vital signs.
• Report any violations of the Residents' Bill of Rights immediately.
