Job summary

Dublin Post Acute is hiring a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to provide direct resident care under licensed nursing supervision. You will assist residents with activities of daily living, monitor health status, and maintain a safe, compassionate environment.

The role offers part-time hours with day and night shifts on a rotating weekend schedule. CPR is preferred, prior long-term care experience is welcomed, and a supportive team environment is provided.

Qualifications

• Must have current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding).
• Assist with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes to nursing staff; record vitals and inputs/outputs as directed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided; respond to call lights promptly.
• Support meal service and resident hydration; provide compassionate companionship.
