Dublin Post Acute in Dublin, OH is seeking compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to provide direct resident care under licensed supervision, supporting daily living activities and promoting dignity, independence, comfort, and quality of life.

This part-time role includes helping with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility and transfers, taking vital signs and documenting care, and collaborating with the healthcare team on resident needs; day and night shifts

Qualificações

• STNA certification is required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are important.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding).
• Assist with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes to nursing staff.
• Take and record vital signs as directed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care.
• Answer call lights promptly and courteously.
• Assist with meal service and hydration.
• Provide emotional support and companionship.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control policies.
• Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other team members.
