Qualifications

• Current STNA certification in Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding.
• Support mobility and positioning to ensure comfort and safety.
• Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, BP).
• Assist with personal hygiene and toileting needs.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the nursing team.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed.

Position Overview:

As an STNA at Village Green, you will provide essential direct care to our residents, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. You will work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure that each resident receives the highest standard of care and attention in a supportive environment.
