Home Is Where The Heart Is Home Care, LLC is seeking a compassionate CNA/STNA/Caregiver for one-on-one care in clients' homes. This part-time role (20 hours/week, evenings 1P-5P, M-F, ZIP 44314) offers competitive pay and weekly direct deposit with benefits. Potential to grow to full-time as new clients join our team.

Responsibilities include direct client care, ADL assistance, medication reminders, transportation, and light housekeeping, all while maintaining a safe, supportive home environment.

Qualifications

• CNA/STNA certification preferred but not required.
• Experience in in-home care is a plus.
• Ability to work evenings and part-time schedule.
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
• Willing to pass drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Assist with grooming, mobility, medication reminders, transportation, and companionship.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and cooking as needed.
• Maintain safe, clean environment and accurate care records.
• Communicate with clients, the healthcare team, and management.

Job Summary

Home Is Where The Heart Is Home Care, LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNA/STNA/CAREGIVER for our clients. As a member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct client care and assistance with daily activities to support their independence and well-being. This is a part time position with possiblity of full time as new clients come on. Competitive hourly pay and weekly direct deposit. Join our team and make a difference in the lives of our clients.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly pay ranging from $20.00 to $24.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Act quickly and responsibly in case of emergency
• Provide direct client care, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication reminders, transportation, companionship, and home exercise.
• Assist with personal grooming and hygiene tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, and mobility
• Laundry, light cleaning, and cooking
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for the client
• Keep accurate and detailed records of client care and progress
• Communicate effectively with clients, and healthcare team members, and management
• Adhere to all policies and procedures of the company

Requirements

• Ability to perform all essential job functions, take pride in high quality care, and experience with hoyer lift and other in home care equipment
• CNA/STNA certification desired, but not needed.
• Experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient attitude towards clients
• Willing to take drug test and background check
• Reliable transportation, a clean driving record, along with a valid drivers license and car insurance
