Home Is Where The Heart Is Home Care, LLC is seeking a compassionate CNA/STNA/CAREGIVER for one-on-one in-home care. This part-time role offers weekends with potential to transition to full time as new clients come on. Pay ranges from $20.00 to $24.00 per hour, with weekly direct deposit.

You will support clients with daily activities, mobility, and home safety. Join our caring team to help clients maintain independence and comfort in their own homes.

Qualifications

• CNA/STNA certification desired, but not required.
• Experience in home care is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care, including activities of daily living.
• Assist with medications reminders, transportation, companionship, and home exercise.
• Assist with grooming, hygiene, mobility, laundry, light cleaning, and cooking.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for the client.
• Keep accurate records of client care and progress.
• Communicate effectively with clients and healthcare team members.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Compensation: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour, paid weekly. Job Summary: Home Is Where The Heart Is Home Care, LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNA/STNA/CAREGIVER for our clients. As a member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct client care and assistance with daily activities to support their independence and well-being. This is a part time position with possiblility of full time as new clients come on. Competitive hourly pay and weekly direct deposit. Join our team and make a difference in the lives of our clients.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly pay ranging from $20.00 to $24.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

-Act quickly and responsibly in case of emergency

• Provide direct client care, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication reminders, transportation, companionship, and home exercise.
• Assist with personal grooming and hygiene tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, and mobility _ Laundry, light cleaning, and cooking
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for the client
• Keep accurate and detailed records of client care and progress
• Communicate effectively with clients, and healthcare team members, and management
• Adhere to all policies and procedures of the company

Requirements:

_-Ability to perform all essential job functions, take pride in high quality care, and experience with hoyer lift and other in home care equipment

• CNA/STNA certification desired, but not needed.
• Experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient attitude towards clients
• Willing to take drug test and background check
• Reliable transportation, a clean driving record, along with a valid drivers license and car insurance
