Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to lift, push or pull at least 50 pounds regularly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
