Job summary

Interim HealthCare in Akron, OH is seeking a Home Health Aide to provide compassionate in-home care to clients. You will follow the plan of care, assist with daily living activities, take vital signs as directed, and document observations to support quality care.

We offer competitive pay per visit, a Daily Pay option, and one-on-one patient care with growth opportunities. CNA/HHA certification is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• One year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience.
• CNA/STNA or HHA certificate preferred.
• Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient\'s condition
• Valid Driver\'s License and Auto Insurance

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the plan of care.
• Obtain vital signs and other measurements as directed and document findings.
• Assist with activities of daily living (e.g., bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care).
• Recognize and report abnormal findings or changes in patient status

• Responsible for providing direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the plan of care
• Obtaining vital signs and other measurements as directed and documents findings
• Aiding with activities of daily living (i.e., bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care)
• Recognizing and reporting abnormal findings or changes in patient status

To qualify for a Home Health Aide with us, you will need:
