Job summary

Momentous Health at Franklin, OH seeks a compassionate STNA to provide hands-on care to residents in a long-term care setting. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health, and help maintain a safe, respectful environment for those you serve.

The role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and collaboration with the care team to improve quality of life for residents across our care services.

Qualifications

• Current STNA license in Ohio.
• Prior experience working with the elderly population.
• Long-Term Care/Healthcare experience preferred.
• Empathy and care for residents; effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, eating, toileting.
• Takes and records vital signs.
• Cares for residents' environment and assists with cleaning as needed.
• Advocates for residents' mental health and social service needs; communicates with team.

To Qualify as a STNA:

• Current STNA License in Ohio

• Prior experience working with the elderly population

• Prior experience in Long-Term Care/Healthcare is preferred

• Effective communication skills

Some of Your Responsibilities as aSTNA:

• Assists residents with their Activities of Daily Living (ADL) including Bathing, Dressing, Eating, Toileting and other ADL tasks as needed

• Takes and records vital signs.

• Cares for the resident’s environment and assists with cleaning as needed

• Meets resident’s mental health and social service needs and advocates for resident as needed
