As an STNA you will assist with activities of daily living, take and record vital signs, and help maintain a clean, safe, and respectful living space for residents. Ohio STNA license required; LTC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current STNA license in Ohio.
• Experience with elderly populations.
• Long-Term Care/Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) including Bathing, Dressing, Eating, Toileting and other ADL tasks as needed.
• Takes and records vital signs.
• Cares for the resident’s environment and assists with cleaning as needed
• Meets resident’s mental health and social service needs and advocates for resident as needed

To Qualify as a STNA:

• Current STNA License in Ohio

• Prior experience working with the elderly population

• Prior experience in Long-Term Care/Healthcare is preferred

• Empathy and care for those that need help

• Effective communication skills
