Job summary

Momentous Health at Sindey is seeking a compassionate STNA in Ohio to provide resident care and support the care team. You will work closely with residents to ensure comfort and safety in daily living activities.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, recording vital signs, and helping maintain a clean, safe environment while advocating for residents. Prior LTC experience and empathy are highly valued, and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Current STNA license in Ohio.
• Experience working with elderly population preferred.
• Experience in long-term care/healthcare is preferred.
• Empathy and care for those that need help.
• Effective communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, and other tasks as needed.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Care for the resident’s environment and assist with cleaning as needed.
• Meet residents' mental health and social service needs and advocate for residents as needed.

To Qualify as a STNA:

• Current STNA License in Ohio
• Prior experience working with the elderly population
• Prior experience in Long-Term Care/Healthcare is preferred
• Empathy and care for those that need help
• Effective communication skills

Some of Your Responsibilities as a STNA Include:

• Assists residents with their Activities of Daily Living (ADL) including Bathing, Dressing, Eating, Toileting and other ADL tasks as needed
• Takes and records vital signs.
• Cares for the resident’s environment and assists with cleaning as needed
• Meets resident’s mental health and social service needs and advocates for resident as needed
