Job summary

Sheridan New Hampshire, part of the Sheridan Group, is hiring four team members to operate high-speed bindery equipment on the 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) Monday–Friday. We offer hands-on training, a $2,500 hiring bonus after 12 weeks, overtime opportunities, and a stable full-time career in print manufacturing.

You’ll learn to operate and set up cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders, keep machines running smoothly, hit daily production goals, and maintain a safe, clean workspace

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehousing, trades, etc.).
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Ability to read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.).
• Takes pride in delivering quality work.
• Reliable, team-oriented approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
