Sheridan New Hampshire, part of TSG - The Sheridan Group, is hiring 4 team members for 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) to learn and operate high-speed bindery equipment. Training provided. Overtime pays time and a half after 40 hours.

The role focuses on setting up printers and bindery machines, keeping operations efficient, and meeting daily production goals in a fast-paced environment. A strong emphasis on safety and teamwork is highlighted, with a $2,500 hiring bonus after 12 weeks.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.).
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable with basic tools.
• Able to read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.
