The role trains you to operate high-speed bindery equipment in a hands-on environment, contributing to printed materials used nationwide.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry is acceptable.
• Mechanical inclination and ability to use basic hand tools.
• Ability to read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes).
• Reliability and teamwork to hit daily production goals.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, perfect binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
